Samsung Firmware Fix Generator V
not sure where i could get the wrong version of samsung usb drivers. i have a samsung a20s and the driver is the one that is for the galaxy note 3. i can go into device manager and see the a20s and the driver there is the a20s driver. if i install the driver from a xda thread on the note 3 i get an error when i restart. there is an option in there to force install the driver but i dont know if that is the correct way to do it. can someone tell me the right way to install the driver please?

i am using windows 10, i am trying to install the combination files on my samsung device and i keep getting this error: "failed to open the samsung usb driver, system couldn't find samsung usb driver. please use a samsung usb driver that is compatible with your samsung device. if you are using a mobile phone, please use the samsung usb driver for your device". i have tried many combinations of the files using samsung usb drivers 1.4 and 1.6, or even manually downloaded them from samsung.com and installed them but nothing seems to work. i am trying to fix the issue by creating a new samsung usb driver and installing it, but i am stuck at the stage where it asks for the samsung mobile device configuration file, samsung usb driver file, samsung usb driver parameters file. can someone please help me with the files i need to download and install in the correct order?
i am having problems with the flashing tool and i cant seem to find the solution on the internet. i have tried the first solution given on the samsung page but that didnt work. this is what i did: 1. i downloaded the samsung firmware fix generator v from the bottom of this page. 2. i opened the zip file and there was a file named "odin_update.exe", i opened that. there was also a file named "odin_update_merge.exe". i opened those. after that, the "odin_update.exe" file was renamed to "odin_update_merge.exe" and the "odin_update_merge.exe" was renamed to "odin_update.exe" 3. i then opened the "odin_update.exe" file. i chose the "update" option. after that, it asked for the "samsung mobile device configuration file" i chose "yes" and then it asked me to confirm if i want to erase the original samsung usb driver. i chose "yes" and then "ok" was shown. then i choose to update the samsung usb driver. after that, it asked me for the samsung usb driver, the samsung usb driver parameters file, the samsung usb driver filename, the samsung usb driver file name. i chose "yes" for the samsung usb driver, "yes" for the samsung usb driver parameters file, "yes" for the samsung usb driver filename, "yes" for the samsung usb driver file name. then it asked me to confirm if i want to erase the original samsung usb driver. then i chose to update the samsung usb driver. 4. i then chose to close the "odin_update.exe" file and it asked me to confirm if i want to close the "odin_update_merge.
